Do these prices apply to the SDK or direct API?
No. The published plans on this page apply to Chivox MCP and Function Calling. SDK and direct API integrations use separate commercial licensing; use the shared contact form for a quote.
What counts as one evaluation?
One successful scoring call. A word, phrase or sentence evaluation deducts 1 point, a paragraph evaluation deducts 2 points. Failed or errored calls deduct nothing.
Do points expire?
Points stay valid for 30 days from the date they land. When you top up again, the earliest-expiring batch is spent first.
Is there a free tier?
Every new account starts with 600 evaluation points, valid for 30 days — no card required. The free points run against the exact same engine and payload as paid usage.
What if my volume is bigger than the packs?
Talk to us through the shared contact form about enterprise terms: volume pricing, procurement and invoicing, SLAs, deployment and security review, and pilot support with your own audio.
